Why is my solar not producing?

Your solar may not be producing to due to numerous reasons. This could be communication issues, inverter software updates, ground faults, wiring issues and more

How long will it take for my new inverter to arrive?

It could take a total of 2-4 weeks for a replacement inverter under warranty to be delivered.

Do i need a permit to remove and re install my solar?

Yes , in some counties, permits are required to remove and reinstall the solar on the roof to ensure system was installed up to code!

Will I still be able to see my system on my app after it has been re installed?

Yes , since system has already been programmed, once it is all connected again , inverter or combiner box would automatically pick up the communication most of the times. If it does not, it would need to be programmed again but it is still something we can do.

How much does solar panel cleaning really help my production?
